Deep and rich colours

The clients envisioned a living room with rich colors and bold accents, and we embraced the challenge with confidence. The walls were painted in a deep gray-blue hue, chosen for its warm undertone to bring a sense of coziness despite its darker and cooler shade.

The shade not only sets the mood for the entire space but also extends to the ceiling, erasing boundaries between walls and ceiling to create an intimate, cocoon-like atmosphere. In traditional English homes with low ceilings, this approach visually elevates the space.

A balance of modernity and English classics

Against the dark walls, a light beige sofa stands out beautifully, while a vintage rug ties the room together and complements the client’s heirloom paintings inherited from her grandfather. In contrast, the wall opposite the sofa features a modern aesthetic with an electric fireplace, vibrant contemporary artwork, and practical storage furniture. Our goal was to design a modern interior that harmonizes effortlessly with the charm of a traditional English home.
